The Method of Backbending | Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program®
Backbending is a powerful and transformative practice that requires more than flexibility. 
It calls for deep awareness, strength, openness, and technique.
In this Backbend Teacher Training, you'll explore the physical, energetic, and different dimensions of backbends. This immersion offers a detailed breakdown of foundational to advanced asana backbends, functional mobility work, sequencing strategies, and knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics.
You’ll walk away with greater confidence in your own practice and the ability to guide others safely and effectively. Participants will receive a 20-hour YACEP® certificate upon completion of this in-person training and the self-study component.

Schedule
This training is an in-person training held in Berlin at SHA-LA Studios Xberg and includes hours of self-study time comprehending personal practice and independent study with no-contact hours, 
and assisting assignments during the training.
